Rick grew up in the world of Air Force pilots and NASA astronauts, surrounded by people who pushed the limits of human performance. That environment shaped a lifelong fascination with what enables extraordinary results. After graduating from the U.S. Air Force Academy, he built a career across Systems Engineering, Project Management, and Software Sales — disciplines that taught him how science, psychology, and engineering combine to create high performance in business and life.

That fusion became the foundation of his work. It led to the a series of breakthrough frameworks — the Leadership Evolution Curve, Asymmetric Fractal Leadership, the Existential Leadership Ecosystem, and the Expedited Leadership Evolution System. Each reflects his core belief: when the leader evolves in sync with the business, the entire organization becomes healthier, more humane, more resilient, and more impactful.

Rick's a Certified Master Life Coach, Certified Master Team Coach, Certified Innovation Consultant, and Project Management Professional (PMP). His unique books promote a greater understanding of how living a life of leadership and leveraging the lessons of the greats promotes success and happiness.
